Dairy options offer many great benefits to your oral health. There was a study done that shows consuming dairy products is essential for bone and enamel health.

Not only is it great for the bones in your mouth and your tooth enamel, it also helps to lower the risk of tooth decay. The reasoning behind that is chewing cheese increases the saliva in your mouth.

Yogurt is also a good choice, because it is full of beneficial bacteria. For maximum tooth benefit, you should eat yogurt that does not have added sugar. It is best to use the natural sugar from fruit to flavor your yogurt.

Leafy Greens and Vegetables

Increasing your vitamins is a great way to boost your health. Vitamin B has been shown to treat gum disease. Leafy greens are full of this vitamin, so consider adding spinach or kale to your smoothies or on pizza.
