In order to keep our fees reasonable, we ask that payments be made at the time that services are rendered. However, if you’re looking for a dentist with a payment plan near you, we do offer financing options through CareCredit.
We are a Care Credit healthcare credit card provider and can discuss covered procedures with you. With Care Credit, approved patients can make payments over time using healthcare financing options available through many healthcare providers. Interest-free payment plans can be obtained for up to 12 months. Extended payments plans can be made for up to 60 months at a 14.9% APR with fixed monthly payments. Our patients appreciate this ability to make payments over time. At the same time, we can maintain reasonable fees since we are allowing CareCredit to manage the patient financing for us. We believe this is a positive way of doing financing for our patients.
Insurance
We are willing to work with all insurance companies. This means that we’ll be happy to file your insurance for your reimbursement. However, we ask that patients understand that due to the way insurance plans are structured, there will be limitations as to how much of our work is covered under their plan. We cannot allow their limitations to prevent us from properly administering necessary and quality treatment.
As a courtesy, we will file claims to your dental insurance for you. Remember that your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, so you are therefore responsible for payment of your treatment. Payment in full is appreciated at the time of your appointment, and you may expect reimbursement per your individual plan’s coverage allowances to be sent directly to you. If you would like for us to file your insurance, please provide us with all insurance information prior to your appointment. We don’t want you to feel confused or frustrated at the time of your appointment, so please ask all dental insurance questions; understand your coverage and financial responsibility prior to your appointment.
